The role:
After a successful validation phase, Heavnn is now looking to scale its approach and make global remote setups & tax optimization accessible to more nomads and remote-first companies.
As part of this new goal, we’re looking for a Growth Operations Manager who will be the strong arm of our engine to make Heavnn the preferred remote benefits for distributed teams and the favorite companion of aspiring, current, and veteran international remote workers.
This is a key role in driving the growth of our customer base as well as increasing our brand awareness.
Why do we need you?
You’ll be working closely with our CEO on the following topics:
- B2B sales: defining an acquisition strategy, preparing sales material, building and nurturing a sales pipeline, monitoring the sales lifecycle as well as all relevant sales analytics, running demos and presentations, and in general all sales operations.
- Marketing operations: defining a marketing strategy both for the individual and corporate users of Heavnn, testing and analyzing the different traction channels, setting in motion various marketing operations based on your analysis and hypotheses, and managing our social media accounts ….
- Partnerships management: you will be in charge of widening, nurturing, and animating our network of partners and affiliates, both for our B2C and our B2B products, in coordination with our partnership manager.
- Project management: you’ll ensure efficient management of the projects resulting from the missions described above or correlated to those missions, with both the Heavnn team and external service providers.
- Data analytics: ensuring the collection of the relevant data and analytics for the missions described above (sales, marketing, partnerships…), creating your own analyses to extract insights on the behavior of our audience, and collaborating with the team to create dynamic and pertinent dashboards…
What will you need to be successful in the role?
- 3-5 years of experience in a role related to Growth, Sales, or Business Development
- Fluency and very good level in English (Strong C1, or C2 level), spoken and written. Fluent Spanish or German would be a plus.
